This poor girl was rescued after reports that she had been beaten over the head with a piece of wood by her keeper. She was taken to the vets with a large lump and two infected cuts. She was immediately treated, the infections drained and cleaned and given a course of antibiotics. We have been advised that Onyx is part German Braco a breed of hunting dog. She is a very friendly and playful girl who loves everybody
